I have
practiced law in Alaska since 1998, and managed my own law
office since 2000. Prior to 2000, I worked at the Public
Defender Agency for two years. I am a member of the Alaska Bar
Association, the Utah Bar Association, and I am inactive in
Florida and Washington D.C. There are a number of organizations
to which attorneys representing accident victims belong. I am a
member of the American Association for Justice, (AAJ), a member
of the Alaska Academy of Trial Lawyers (AATL), the Utah
Trial Lawyers Association (UTLA), and a member of the Million
Dollar Advocates Forum. As an attorney representing accident
victims, I receive valuable support and information from these
organizations.
I
graduated in 1997 with honors from the Florida State University
College of Law where I was a member of the moot court team. I
received my undergraduate degree in 1994 from the Evergreen
State College in Olympia, Washington. I am a graduate of
Gerry Spence's trial lawyers college. I am also a licensed airline
pilot. In my spare time, I enjoy
flying, fishing, hiking, climbing, basketball, and tennis.
